Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds for damaged products must be requested within 14 business days. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please take photos of any damage to the product during shipping to share with us. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sfoglini.com and we will arrange a replacement.

Once your refund request is reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after a few days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns of food items are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order and you'd like to receive a refund or replacement, send us an email at info@sfoglini.com and we will work with you to make the arrangements.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
